My Mom has been making this frosting forever. I think it's actually on the Cocoa can.
Fudge Frosting
1/2 C Butter
1/3 C Milk
4 T Cocoa
Bring to a boil. Add
2 t Vanilla
3 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
Whisk until smooth. Pour over your favorite brownies or cake.
