I make about 13 different kinds of cookies and bars for Christmas. BUT, I don't make my cookies until December 23. I like really fresh cookies so my tradition is stay in my PJs and bake cookies from 8 a.m til about 6 p.m. I deliver them to friends and family on Christmas Eve morning.
I realize that most people don't do that and you probably want some recipes for Christmas cookies before December 23 so I will give you my recipes and explain the best I can.
