Quesadilla

Did you realize how EASY it was to make quesadillas?? No need for one of those special things to make them. You need some tortillas, spray butter and a pan big enough to fit the tortilla. Presto, chango...you have dinner and the kids think it's more exciting than a grilled cheese.

Package of Tortillas
Package Favorite Cheese~I use a Colby Jack mix usually
Spray Butter
Shredded Salsa Chicken

Spray the tortilla with spray butter. Put on pan sprayed side down, top with cheese. Turn on your heat, about a 7. Spray another tortilla and put spray side up. Cook for about 1 or 2 minutes until golden. Flip, other side takes 1/2 the time. Remove, cut with a pizza cutter and serve with salsa and sour cream.

Butter side down.
Put cheese all over, make sure it's close to edges. Add some shredded salsa chicken. Turn your heat on to about a 7
Top with tortilla, sprayed side up.
Flip and cook other side. I accidentally deleted the photo of the finished project, I'll take one the next time I make them but you get the idea.

I make these all the time except I use Pam instead of spray butter.
